West Harlem Piers Park

In 2005, Sally collaborated with designer Sarah Meyer to develop a signage and identity plan for a new park on the Hudson River in New York City, Harlem Piers Park (now West Harlem Piers Park). The identity used the plan of the site, particularly the new piers that would be built, as the primary design element. We worked with through the landscape architects, W Architecture & Landscape Architecture, to develop our proposal. Ultimately the parts of our proposal that were implemented were a series of historical signs and a site map for orienting visitors to the site.
